As part of the MyParkScotland launch Burn It Fitness are running Burn It in the Park 30 minute taster sessions.

Just come along and join in!!

Try out the Fun, Innovative, Friendly Fitness in your local park ensuring a safe, effective calorie burning workout with like-minded individuals.


Top 10 reasons to train with us in your local park.

  1. Fresh air – refreshing and invigorating, you will improve your sense of well-being, increase alertness, decreased anxiety, and lower resting heart rate.
  2. It’s sociable – training with people that are looking to achieve the same or similar goals will help keep you motivated and less likely to fall off the wagon. Meet new friends and help motivate others.
  3. Higher Levels of Post Exercise Endorphins – endorphins are happy hormones, happy hormones, make you happy, when you are happy you are less inclined to fail.
  4. Invigorating – more things to look at.
  5. Boosts Serotonin Levels – Serotonin helps you feel more calm, capable and alert.
  6. Increase in Vitamin D Levels – Vitamin D provides strength to bones, reduces systemic inflammation and boosts the immune system.
  7. Exercise Variety – every single one of our sessions will be different.
