This story is about: Muiravonside Country Park, Falkirk

We visited this park many times when we lived in Scotland. It is beautiful there and worth retaining as a spot to unwind and enjoy nature. Back in the day there was no cafe and we always said that would be a great thing and now there is one. There used to be a children’s activity time when they could interact with the animals.I remember our car smelling of goat for a while after petting them???? So many happy memories of that place. We were just talking about it yesterday! Our son got his love of the outdoors from Muiravonside having visited there as a baby in a backpack to when we left Scotland. Such a good place and it would be heartbreaking to think it’s not available for future generations to enjoy.
