This story is about: Saughton Park and Gardens, Edinburgh
Shared by: Pete McDougall
Saturday the 4th of April saw an incredible 600 people descend on Saughton Park for the 3rd Great Bear Hunt.
There were 30 bears (all of them named after Parks and Greenspace staff) hidden up trees and in bushes for the folks to find.
We had storytellers, Gillian and Mary, enthralling everyone with their stories and songs which were performed throughout the Garden.
TheFriends of Saughton Park group did a grand trade in teas, coffees, juice, cake and biscuits with their pop-up tearoom in the Conservatory.
All in all it was a grand Park Day!
