The main feature of the Rose Garden is the beautiful Rose War Memorial which is dedicated to local resident James Stokes.
The garden also includes a large sculpture, community growing space and Orchard first planted in 2004 and now holds 75 fruit trees and 100 fruit bushes looked after entirely by people from the local area. Apples, damsons and quinces are just some of the fruit grown in the space, which is part of the old burial ground known as the Gorbals Rose Garden.
